Didn't the Navy used to tie a sailor with a rope around the girth of the ship encrustated with barnicles and then pull the rope and sailor overboard, pulled some more until he comes up on the other side and back on deck. Then repeat the process. This may be a good idea.
Anybody know what that was celled?
