Trying to find out how I can get back issues of Leatherneck Magazine with my Dad, Leroy Koonce Sr. in it...My Dad passed away 2 years ago & these magazines would be cherished in my family...Aiso, I was toys for tots cover boy one year & woyuld like a copy of that...Anyone that can help, would greatly appreciate it...Thanks!

By the way. I did a search for Koonce and it came up with 22 hits. Don't know if any apply to your needs. To see the records it comes up with you must pay a fee.

Does anyone know where you can get a copy of old basic training year books. I was with plt 369 3 rec. traing btl Parris Island 1970. I never got a book and would like to get a copy if by chance.

I do know at MCRD PI they have platoon pics that go way back; but, in another thread on here a guy stated they do not keep copies of the year books.
