I have a young friend of mine who is trying to get into the Marine Corps. He is 22 years old, stands 6'2" 183lbs. The problem came up when he went to MEPS. He has a full back tat and they took pics and sent them to the CG MCRD Parris Island, he denied his enlistment due to excessive tattoos. In a time and day such as these how can we get him in?

He is actually going to the doctor to see how much it would cost him to have it removed. The kid has already spent around $100 to cover the naked women that the recruiter told him to cover.
