I was born on the Fourth of July. I was an Eagle Scout. I served in I Corps (Hue) alongside some great Marines, '66 & '67. And I'm a filmmaker looking to tell the story of one of the greatest Marines ever.

And I could use a little help from those who are sempers...

If you have any knowledge of Maj. Gen. Smedley Darlington Butler, who was twice awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor, I want to hear from you. If you have stories, research materials, contacts with people who have insight into the man, I want to hear from you. If you are familiar with the archives at Quantico, or any other repository of info, contact me please.

Hey Lanny,
I think there might be a few Marine in here who might be able to help you. My advice to you is fill out your profile and I think some of these same Marines might be a bit more inclined to help you . Good luck . and Semper Fi.
