Poudre River Young Marines

This past weekend I had the honor of meeting some Young Marines. They caught this old devil dog off guard when they came up to me in a group and thanked me for my service and each extended their hand to mine. It was enough to blow sand in my eyes as I looked down at them. I never really observed any Young Marines before but of course was very familiar with their mission and the Corps recognition of them as an organization. Their military bearing and attention to uniform astounded me, they were sharp and squared away. I asked their XO if I could take a few photos to share here and he had their squad leader call them to attention for me. I would like to thank Executive Officer Robert Orberle and his Poudre River Young Marines for making a difference, Stregthening the Lives of Americas Youth. OORAH!!!

SSgt, it looks like you met a good looking bunch of Future Marines. They all look completely squared away. I hope they know of the huge impact they are making on the youth of America and showing them what it takes to just be a Future Marine. Keep it up kids, you all look great!
