Calm down, this is a new annual diplomatic event. Since Saddam was taken out of power, the new Iraqi government has to kiss and make up with neighbouring coutries that Saddam ****ed off. If you google Iraq/Iran/War/1980's, you will understand this visit. Here, I'll save you the trip. In the eighties, when I was small, Iraq and Iran fought a vicious war that spanned 7(?) years. Needless to say, the two countries aren't exactly on the best of terms. Besides, Iraqis aren't our problem over there. Syrians, I tell ya.
