Mosque at Quantico??

A fellow Marine mailed me an article from ( frontpagemag.com ) stating that the Pentagon is planing a new mosque on the Marine base in Quantico for the year 2009. At last count there were only 24 Muslims there. Is this for real? Has anyone heard anything?
