LAAD Gunner?

hi yall,
i was just wonderin if anyone can give me a quick description of what an LAAD Gunner is. That is my husbands MOS but im still clueless as to what it is. He told me what the letters stand for but it was a quick phone call so thats basically all i got. Or even if you know of a website that i could look at. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
