A highly educated Napalese student (AGE 44 - probably a career student with us tax-payers paying for his education) at MU in Columbia, Mo, is ****ed because he was tasered by a member of the Boone County Sheriff's Dept. DUH, the ****head would not stop for five (5), yes five (5) patrolcars behind him with all emergency equipment on for SEVEN (7), yes seven (7) miles. THEN they get the square root stopped and he will not get out of his vehicle - in my opinion he is FAIR GAME FROM THAT POINT ON.
I guess the ****head thinks because he is a foreigner, our laws don't apply to him, guess again ****head.
No excuse, the ****head has a Missouri Driver's License SO he should know what red lights and sirens mean!!!!
I guess if he had been an illegal alien he would have received SPECIAL TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could they send him to the Guantanamo Country Club on just "general principles"?
Some of the most erratic and unsafe drivers that I have seen on these South Florida roads were driving cars that had license plates denoting a place of "Higher" education, ie. universities, colleges etc. How ironic.

I'm not surprised by the arrogance of the "highly educated student". I know the origins of such attitude and I also know one response of such irresponsibility which, if implemented, would go a long way toward adjusting the attitude of too many such individuals, in this country. "Freedom" at this time and place, has come to imply "license" or "irresponsibility" and I have come to believe, in contrast to such conduct, I would vote for this approach: Station the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Marine Divisions (and if necessary form additional Marine Divisions), on various US locales (street corners will do for starters), also the 1st Cavalry, 2nd Infantry, 2nd Armored, 3rd Infantry (Audy Murphy's old outfit), 4th Infantry, 82 and 101st Airborne, along with Special Forces and Seal Teams, locked and loaded, with fixed bayonets. These are just for starters, to promulgate the possibility of a new day, people. More such resources may become necessary, depending upon the lack of preference of respectability. Notice I said VOTE FOR, lawyers. I would really appreciate seeing the return of civility and consideration for others than self. I believe this scenario would work, I expect people would begin to "Drive Friendly" as was once a policy in Texas, speeds might slow down to a reasonable 35 MPH, with drivers tipping their hats, (as did HST). This goes for the gals, too, if anything they seem to be trying to grow muscle so they can become just like the boys. I envision as a consequence, there might result so much "squeaky cleanness" among the populace that it might become necessary to issue each individual a supply of WD-40, to be frequently applied on your body regularly in order to minimize the body squeeking when moving about in public. Finally, don't let me get on any jury whereby any police officer is charged any "rights" violation. My vote will be to give the Officer a medal and raise in pay. Have a nice day, the sweetest music I ever expect to hear is the unmistakeable unique sounds of an Infantry unit marching, not riding. I can anticipate only one scenario more impressive, in this life, than a marching, combat loaded Infantry Unit. Gary Hall, Tyler, TX
