For us, a deep-fried chicken...can't wait to chomp on that, and then I have Ellie to chomp on after that, perhaps...

No beer cans were involved in the prep of the chix that was deep-fried in peanut oil.

Well, I caught Ellie in the kitchen slicing the skin off the chix and discarding same to the trash bin...

Needless to say, she has been duly counseled to "never let that happen again," or else...

I think it looks REALLY yummy! I've never tried the deep fried/peanut oil thing before but I've heard it's wonderful. Shane won't eat chicken unless it's "home grown"... So, since the bobcats and coyotes got the last of our domestic chickens, we buy them from the Hutterite Colony here. GOOD stuff!
