There is a former Marine, now in the Guard, trying to bring back the Guard’s “Boot Camp” rehab for the young but not totally lost Youth of New Orleans. The camp is 5 Months long and takes a commitment by the youth and his/her guardian. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Many kids go on to serve in the Guard and/or Military. It is not perfect but they do manage to turn quite a few of the kids around.
