My former step-son is serving in Iraq. My daughter would like to fly the "blue-star mother' flag for her half brother.
The ex-wife hasn't spoken to her son since he enlisted. She decries us ( me, our daughter and her son) as being "nationlaistic idiots". So since the kids' mother won't do it, can my daughter fly it for her half-brother?
