Even though I was one of dem dar sun glass wear'en maggots, what remedys did you other maggots use in the suq to help relieve dem dar chigger bites.??? I use to take a couple cap fulls of vinegar and doc use to paint our bites with clear nail polish to give relief from itching.

Dunno if there is a remedy. The only thing I know is the gov't issue issect repellant they gave us in boot (79) **attracted** the dam sand fleas! While we put that attractant on, the DI's used "OFF." I just figured it was part of our training, I stopped using the stuff they gave us, and the sand fleas weren't so bad after that.

Your remedy above seems promising. If in same situation, I would give it a go! Thanks.

Hey Shad, its very effective for dem-dar skeeters,I take 3 cap-fuls a day and they dont bother me, you sweat that stuff out thru the pores. I wouldnt steer you wrong so give it a try, in fact theres a site somewhere for uses of vinegar in more ways then one, 100's of uses and hell Noooooo I dont work for the vinegar places but I have told peeps about it and they laugh but its funny to watch there arses get bit while I'm either standing or sitting there and they just fly around me looking for a way to break thru my defense shield, they cant so they gang up on the other guy.
