I,m rated at 80% disabled. Diabetes etc. I recently had my gall blader removed with complications. Does anyone know if I can claim this as dibetic complications?

First, you have to see if your doc can write it in a statement. If he can then yes you can get it s/c. Second, was the surgery performed at a va hospitol? If so, then any complications from the surgery are a claim (1151).
