Embassy duty screenings schedule announced

Leathernecks from the Corps' manpower branch and Marine Security Guard Battalion will kick off mobile screenings for MSG duty next week.

According to a Corps-wide message released Monday, the teams will begin screenings at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, May 15, followed by stops across the Corps though September.

The stops to screen Marines at individual commands "help provide the number of qualified and motivated Marines necessary to effectively staff our MSG forces," the message said.

May 22: Camp Hansen, Japan

May 25: Camp Foster, Japan

June 21: MCAS Yuma, Ariz.

June 23: Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Calif.

June 26: MCAS Miramar, Calif.

June 27-28: Camp Pendleton, Calif.

June 30: Twentynine Palms, Calif.

July 19: Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.

July 21: Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Kansas City, Mo.

July 24: Naval Air Station Ft. Worth, Texas

July 26: Marine Aviation Training Support Group 22, Corpus Christi, Texas

Aug. 17: MCRD Parris Island, S.C.

Aug. 18: MCAS Beaufort, S.C.

Aug. 21: Camp Lejeune, N.C.

Aug. 22: MCAS New River, N.C.

Aug. 23: MCAS Cherry Point, N.C.
