Is it possible to trade an MOS with another Poolee from here?

I think that's a big negative. Your MOS is what the Marine Corps assigns to you, not another poolee.

Are you kidding?
No way to trade. You have different abilities and different asvab scores, you have been assigned a certain job, you take what they give you.

I'm sorry Marine84- I probably should have clarified; either way, I have the information I need now, so thanks for the help anyway guys.
