The Marine Corps has always had a few other benefits that really differ from anyone else. These benefits are hard to illustrate and not so easily attained. You don't hear about them very much, because few places can offer them. Things such as pride of belonging, courage, and self-discipline are just a few of the benefits that are a part of the transformation process that changes young men and women into United States Marines. These benefits extend well beyond a particular job or skill or having enough money for college. You can't see them or hold them, but the are real. They become a part of your life forever.
