Howard passed away on Tuesday March 7th, 2006 after losing a fight with cancer. Howard was personal friend of mine. After the Marines he became involved in Karate and went on to earn a black belt and world title in full contact Karate. He was elected to the Karate Hall of Fame in 1998. Howard was born on June 27th, 1951 and was employed by Chuck Norris as a personal body guard and chief of security on the Walker Texas Ranger set. Howard was one of the nicest people i have ever met. He will be missed and never forgotten.
