Some Old Corps Enlisted Rank Chevrons/Insigne, etc,

Although searching for a long time, I have been able to collect only the complete set of insigne for the rank of GySgt, and not all enlisted ranks--these I begged, borrowed and stole (scrounged) from reenactors/collectors of militaria, etc.

There are also complete enlisted rank structure history pages, 5 0f them, (but few pics) located on my GyG Sites

The straight bars for SNCOs went out in '46; and some titles changed (GySgt to T/Sgt & PltSgt to S/Sgt) but essentially remained that way til the (e-8/9) supersergeants/crossed rifles came in in 1959.
