frank is currently in the burn unit
of Washington hospital center suffering 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his
hands and face i am including pictures of the fire taken by a chopper news
cam.
if his fellow marines could send him some get well cards it will greatly aid
in lifting his spirits and helping his recovery

I visited Mr. DeLeo yesterday. His condition is critical

He was with H-S, 28th Mar Reg, 5th Mar Div
He was at Bougainville & Iwo & was a Marine paratrooper.

The Iwo survivors convention started today & I have informed them of his condition & location.
