Had a Sgt. Thomas O'Brien in our tent at Camp McNair, Japan in 1955-56. He had played football at Notra Dame in early 50's and believe his reserve outfit was called to duty for Korea. He was about to get out and had been receiving letters from Coach Leahy(believe that was name), expecting him to come back and be part of football team. Coach Leahy retired and Terry Brennen was name head coach. Sgt. O'Brien didn't hear from them for some time and decided to ship over for 6 years. I always wondered what happened to him. He was top notch radio cw operator and very good leader.
