Union Pacific elects new director to board
OMAHA, Nebr. - Union Pacific Corporation announced that General Charles C. Krulak, 63, has been elected to the company’s board of directors. After 35 years of distinguished service in the Marine Corps,
Krulak retired from the military in 1999 and joined MBNA Corporation where he served as executive vice chairman and chief administrative officer. He retired from MBNA in 2005. Krulak also serves on the boards of directors of ConocoPhillips and Phelps Dodge. He is Chairman of the Board of Visitors of the U. S. Naval Academy.
