View Full Version : morning reports
I would like to know where I can get copys of the morning reports from my Boot Camp, Platoon 267 from March 18-66 to May 22-66.
For any help I will be grateful.:)
You can find any and all unit records/morning reports through the Marine History Museum. Last I knew it was located at the Navy Annex in South West Washington DC

You mean that its still public record the two mornings in the 80's where I did not report for duty? :(
The Republic still stands. Our Beloved Corps is as strong as ever. I've paid my debt to my Unit. And yet the whole world still remembers my UA?
CAS3 and yellowwing,
I worked in G-3, 3rd MAW, and used to take care of the UNITREP. As far as I remember that material was classified. (I was also in the CMCC) The reason it was classified is so that people could not know what the units daily status
was. Maybe things have changed, but I pray that it hasn't. If you had a blemish on your record, it could only be found out if someone in the civilian world checked your Service Record.
