Just got off the phone with the local recruiter....
Today's PFT is:
3 mile run (still has a 28 minute max)
100 crunches in 2 minutes (that's right, no more sit-ups... it's
crunches now)
3-20 pull-ups
Are you too old? (=< ---means equal to or less than)
Take your Current Age - years of active duty =< 32
You will go to MEPS for a physical.
Your spouse, if applicable, must sign an acknoledgment form (without, you go no where... so put a gun to her head if you have to... j/k ... don't do that!!!) Seriously, if she doesn't sign, you don't go.
The info on going back in with a different MOS is still sketchy, also when you can go back in may differ, I have to call back in December/Januarary time frame (they are not taking retreads this month I guess)
