As you have certainly noticed Leatherneck.com has been undergoing a transformation. Along with the layout changes we will be adding new features and tools to empower the Marine community.
I would also like to announce the following staff changes:
JAMarine and Yellowwing have been promoted to moderators.
Yellowwing is also our resident Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert. He has been working on getting Leatherneck ranked higher in the search engines. I would like to thank Yellowwing for his time and effort. We are already seeing the benefits.
I would also like thank Mark Schallow (TheFontman) who has been helping out in the graphic design department. He has worked on a few Leatherneck logos which we will make available for people to download.
Lastly the E-zine will be launched shortly. I will post more information as we draw near to the release date. I will also contact each person who is interested in working as a writer and editor of the E-zine.
