Did anyone one out there serve with Lt. Col. John J. Murphy, 1st MAW, MAG 11 ~~~ he was EX~~~,Okinawa around 1965-66? If so, please, e-mail me at KarenWilsonLedesma@msn.com. He and my Dad, Lt. Col. Rex Wilson (USMC-Ret), were good friends during their Marine Corps years. Time is "running short" and I would like to re-unite these two GREAT MARINES before it is too late. Any help would be appreciated.

One thing he was known for was boxing----he was one of the best during college so I am told. He kept that title during his Marine Corps years ~~~~ surely someone out there remembers challenging him!?!:)
