New icons all over the place!
New format for the home page, guess I'll catch on.
Overall I like it. I like the way you can not only see who is on line but also who is chating.
The fourms section seemed to be about the same to maneuver.
Shaffer get's an "A" so far.

For a few days now... having log on problems. Thoiught maybe a glitch, not clearing up.
When ever I click my 'favorites' or even type the addy into the browser (ie 6.0.2) as soon as the home page loads, it goes to an error message, and lists the addy as 'leatherneck.com/profile.php', or real close to that.
Have tried from a few different computers, rebooted, logged out, back in ...

Anybody else ??

The only problems that I have been having is editing emails that I copy into a thread. There are extra characters placed, i.e., >. All of the returns showup in the script. I takes quite a while to edit this when the system puts in extra stuff. Other than this I am working ok from home or from work..

mrbsox, I have had that exact problem as well. I got around it by going to my mailbox and clicking onto an old message from Leatherneck.com. That took me right in.(It worked but I don't know why.)

I was using the BACK function ('CTL + left arrow) to bring the home page FLASH back up, and catching the NEW POSTS button before it went back to the error message. Would take several attempts to get the timing down.

Came straight in this time.

Another goofy glich---when you go to and leave the chat room your name remains there as if you were still in there, but when someone else comes in (you are not there) your name drops off. It looks like you hung up the phone when they entered. It has happened to me and I received a PM that said "hello" and "sorry that I did not catch you in the chat".

So much work and so much bit*h'in---having fun yet Shaffer? ;)

Site is looking much more professional and more more "Marine like". You will notice some buttons and tools do not work as of yet as we are still integrating them.

The font size will remain as is...sorry GSO. However you can change your font size in your internet explorer by going to "View then Font Size".

Go to click on "Downloads" get an error message "You have no permission to access this page".
That what a link for "Downloads" is suppose to be for, to access a page where links to downloads are located.

Resizing the broswer View Text Size still does not work. The default is a 7.5 pt font. How about at least 10 pt font?

Sorry for the delay. This past week was my annual Toys For Tots motorcycle event. I was up and on the go about 14-16 hours per day. It went off very well and I will post more info on it later.

As for the comments above, here are the answers:

1. The links that do not work, "Downloads", "Locator", etc., hae not been built yet. Those will be coming soon. I will add a page that details this.

2. The font size appears to be the biggest problem. Some folks see it well and others do not. The font size is not set to 7.5, it is set to 10. I will see why it appears as 7 to some.

I will look into these.

Thanks Jerry. Wondered why I was having to squint so much. I apparently have the 7.5 too.

Tried to change the font size in my Explorer, doesn't make any difference where I set it. It stays the same - little bitty.
