What worked, and what didn't work
Does it strike you as ironic that the three institutions that liberals despise the most have been the ones that have been most responsive and effective in dealing with Katrina? The military (once governmental incompetence was no longer a barrier), religious groups, and business.
The one institution that has been a failure is the one liberals worship and hold up as the solutino of all ills: GOVERMENT.
