Yes its getting bad. In Winnipeg its the equivalent of $3.127 per gallon.

The thing is that even with all the oil in the world coming into the countries of North America, we would still have this problem, and the prices would still be as high.
It is not the amount of oil that is the problem, it is the conversion of oil that is the problem. When laws were made to shutdown different refineries, a bottleneck was created, and as everyone knows you can only fit ten gallons of fluid into a ten gallon container. Thank the environmentalists for the price of oil not the sellers of the raw products.
