The Marines Helping Marines program is going strong with the help of all of you from around the globe.

I go to both Walter Reed Hospital and Bethesda Naval Hospital every week at least once for visits to the wounded ( sometimes 2 or 3 times a week to fulfill their requests ). Example: Taking the requesting marine to Henderson Hall or Quantico to buy them dress blues, etc.

These wounded get many requests for an appearance in their hometown for parades and as a speaker at an event. Most of the wounded and their families can not afford everything necessary to get that wounded marine and their families to these events and in proper attire. That's where the Marines Helping Marines step in to help.

This is only some of the many requests we have for help. All of the items necessary for this program cost money. Your help in the past is greatly appreciated. Please let more people know of this worthwhile cause.
