Just came up with this graphic/idea today. Saw some graphics, some pictures, had an idea, used what I saw, modified some of what I saw and came up with "usmc grunts". I got to thinking about all of you, especially those who served during the Vietnam War. I had that theme in mind as well when I created this graphic.
Maybe it might even turn into a t-shirt.
It's for all of you. Perhaps you will download it and use it.

Have you got that in a 'high res' format... suitable for Tshirt transfer printing ??

Love it Gary !!

Now how about one for the helo wingers. We never get any credit---lol

Hint, a Marine HUS-1 at work in the hot LZ.

That is great. I would like to see something for the 105 (Vietnam era) cannoncockers myself.

Thanks for the nice words.
You gentleman have given me some intreresting projects to look into.
Mrbsox- I'm still learning the computer but I did enlarge the graphic to (roundly) 900x500 with 600 dpi. Is this what you are talking about?

Agree 100%. How about one with the 46?

I know, I know, we didn't hump, pack or muck around in the mud on a daily basis, and the general concensus was that we just flew around when the weather was nice. and all that, but when we had a slight 'problem', you can rest assured, the grunts took care of us.

I always liked the quote by General Chapman -
"When a Marine in Vietnam is wounded, surrounded, hungry, low on ammunition or water, he looks to the sky. He knows the choppers are coming..."
Leonard F. Chapman General, USMC Commandant of the Marine Corps
