just thought i would share this with you all...........
Just so you know, there is a reporter from a Cincinnati, OH radio
station that has been in Iraq for about a week, reporting what he has
seen. He has been calling in to the regular shows on every day, and
has been quite upset about what does NOT get news play here in the
states. He reported that the kids over there love the Americans, the
young men acknowledge them, the older men ignore them, and for the
most part, they see no women out and about. One other thing he said
was that he had not met anyone who didn't want to be there, or didn't
believe in what they were doing. He said "the Army likes it here, but
I think the Marines love it" (oorah). He's from WLW on the am side,
and it has really been interesting to listen to him.
