Night Optics

Any Marines here have experience/recommendations regarding commercially available night vision gear? Thinking of picking something up before a 3 wk BN exercise in June, wanted to get some opinions here before I go spending the cash.

check on ebay, i found a pair just like the NVG's that are use in the marine corps. now they wasn't military issue but they looked just like them but they were like 1100.00 i think.

Just so you guys know if you go to buy NV equipment and it is under $2,000.00 chances are you are buying Russian made CRAP that can actually damage your eyes using it.
Contact Guy Blocker of OMAI inc to get ahold of quality NV equipment. Beware it costs a lot of money but as we say in the SWAT community :

i have the "Night Owl Optics Tactical G1 Goggles". i am pretty pleased with them, and the price wasnt bad either. $750 at Cabelas. Cabelas also has some that are much more expensive, if you have the money to spend. up to $7000!
