I thought that this link might be helpfull to Poolees, wannabes and Marine recruit Moms. Its off the MCRD San Diego website.

Note: That matrix is not necessarily true for PI, as MCRDSD is usually the "testbed" for changes to the RT schedule. I also have heard it from recent graduates that the Crucible has, in fact, been completely removed... haven't gotten confirmation though.

Good post, good info.
I just pulled up the training matrix for Parris Island. Athough similiar they are different in graphic presentation and in training sequence.
