I wanted to take a survey and see what is the most common thing or unusual thing people carried with them as good luck charms. If it was WW2 or our current Conflict. I think it would be pretty interesting to see.
As for myself it was always a stupid picture of an engagement ring for my now wife. I walked many miles in the Gulf with that picture as my only link to the other world. It was something to strive for and as soon as we touched down on March 26th 1991. the next day i went and bought her that ring and to this day we still have that picture in an album.....
That and a pair of her underwear and a nice sexy Picture saying I bet you wish you where here......Come on I am Marine I gotta have something like that...
