I have been running and doing exercise's hardcore to prepare for boot camp but I was looking today for a site that maybe has a list of exercises I should do or what not.

I have been running about 5 miles or so and then doing Sit-up's Push-up's,leg lifts,Mountain Climbers,Pull-Up's,Crunches and throw downs sometimes I don't know what else I should do so I am looking for a list with possibly pictures or descriptions or something of that type. So any help would be appreciated!

What you're doing right now is great. Really, that's what you're going to need, lots and lots of muscular and aerobic endurance. *SOME* power/strength training (weights) is OK, but not a lot: the bigger you get (even if it's muscle), the more food and water you're gonna need to support your body. Lean and defined is the way the Marine Corps needs/wants you to be. That's not to say that there aren't some HUGE Marines, but odds are, they're the minority. I was 6'3" 180 when I went to boot camp, next to no fat, and I STILL lost 13 pounds in first phase- my body couldn't support that kind of muscle mass, even on 6000 calories a day, so it dropped it. Lean and mean is the way to go.

Well I am 6'6 and I am about 210 lol I am a swimmer and I swim everyday plus run and do pt. I am on about an 8000 calorie diet because of all the exercise and I am STILL losing weight. I am tryin to tone my abs and get my run time down as much as possible before boot camp! so if there is anything else I can do I will do it!

Check out this webpage: http://www.stewsmith.com/

I'm currently getting ready for an officer board. This guy is a trainer that provides military and law enforcement workouts. This guy is selling ebooks, but there are some good workout out ideas on there for free.

My favorite is: 100 pullups, 200 push-ups, and 300 sit-ups. The game is to do them in the fewest number of sets possible.

Take a look if you want a few ideas to mix it up.
