I hauled many a convoy out of FLC in 1970 up north for resupply. I was your next door nieghbor on top of Hill-327 above the Freedom Hill PX and beer garden. While we waited to get loaded we hung out at the bakery and they gave us fresh donuts and real milk. Did you know a LCpl Gary W, Drinkard from Decature, Alabama?
