Wendy doesn't have kids. She doesn't know anyone who does.
It's obvious by what she writes.
Once upon a time (Translated: Lieutentant I sh*t you not), parents or teachers could contact the parents of offensive children and get positive results.
These days, the person down the street might gun down someone for complaining about their sweet children.
And they attack teachers. They do this without any knowledge of what the little darlings did.
Principals and teachers are powerless to discipline, so someone has to do the job.
Handcuffs and cops are good attention-getters.
