I received a PM the other day from a boot wanting to know how I could have been the places I say I have been because somewhere in here he saw my DOB as 1969 or so.
Well I answerd back and he stated I should MAKE IT RIGHT.
So here I am making it right ;
How many out there remember opening your C-Rats on a cold rainy
Califorina night and the only dry (and I repeat DRY)cig,s that you can find are :
Lucky Strike (greens
Viceroy (yellows)
Old Gold (browns)
Chesterfield (Dark Browns)
Phillip Morris " "
Pall Mall " " Extra dry
And these were the best you could find then and there are a few other brands I cant remember.
The reason of most of the colors was because of The age of the cig,s
So A word to the other Boots out There, think about what you want to say before you say it or question it.
Who knows you might learn something.
By the way when we went to the rifle range we got to walk from San Diego to what used to be Camp Mathews about where Tory Pines are located now
