Tattoo Regulations for Enlisted Marines wanting to become Officers

I have a tattoo of the Emblem on my left arm, it cannot be seen while wearing any uniform or PT gear, I am hoping to finish college, and go over to the Officer side, am I within regulations?

Yes. The regs for officers state that it can't be visible in the PT uniform. You will still need a waiver.
