White Noise ( do YOU believe?)

Went and saw that new horror flick white noise the other day, pretty creepy at times.

Just wondering, do any of YOU believe in that EVP stuff? ( Electronic Voice Phenomenon)

there is actually a website with an orginization dedicated to the study of this stuff, with some recordings on it, kinda creeped me out, but then again, I was afraid of the dark until Iwas almost 19 :)

It all depends on whether or not you believe in spirit people, as they are called by Native Americans. If you think hearing voices creeped you out, come and spend the night here and I'll introduce you to "Eric". He's the spirit of a young boy from the old days of horse and buggy that walks the deck around the house and comes inside every now and then. A buddy of mine thought I was yankin his chain til he spent the night here and saw for himself........funny thing tho........he hasn't been back since.......LMAO

I don't know about Rod and young boys but I have had several encounters with spirits, spooks, ghosts,phantoms whatever yoou want to call them.

I have not seen the movie yet, but we are planning on it. I do belive in the after world no matter what some people happen to think. And its those that believe that actually end up with the encounters.

Had a voice ask me , in my sleep, if I believed in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior once. I'm not kidding. Of coarse I said, "Yes". I may have said it out loud. (Had a painful physical ailment at the time) As soon as I said ,"Yes", my pain went away. Never talked about what happened much but every now and them I'll say something about it....like now.

you know what the sad thing is.. I watched a show on scifi or some channel like that and they were showing how people are actually making these videos to represent spirits and they are nto real.. Its so hard to know what ones are real anymore.. No matter what I will always believe..

That's right!!! The Sci-Fi channel has a show (TAPS) and they try to investigate the "paranormal". People love to try to figure out the unexplainable. One day a demonic spirit is gonna come out and scare the living crap out of them. Now that's show I would watch!

Yeah, I saw this one where people gao around trying to find big foot. They go running through the woods and set up survieelance cameras and everything. They never film anything though only record a bunch of noise.

well here goes: this house that we are living in NOW used to be abandoned...oh i 'd say about 7 yrs..then we moved in after we bought it. about 6 yrs ago i was sound to sleep when i heard my own voice say....your forcing us out....this was our home before you came.....i gotta say this sure was scary....i woke up and stayed awake for awhile....and i never had this happen again.....and we even have our own area 51. about 17 miles south of where we live now....cattle mulitation. strange time warps, strange lights.....yeah...but I never did go LOOKING....might crap in my pants..

Ghost stories always have got me attention. My husband and I like to listen to Coast-to-Coast am with George Noory on the AM radio where sometimes people from all over call in with there different ghost stories and sometimes there's is a program of the EVP, also there is a web sight. CoasttoCoastam.com it has some good stuff on it . I also found this web sight.

I work at the VA in Walla Walla Wa and one night I was in my office after everyone left and it was around 7:30 pm I swore I heard voice's but went and looked there was no one there. A little later I heard some doors open and shut but I was the only one there. two days later I had to stay and do some extra work but went to another building where the MAA was and they asked my why I come over to finish my work I told them that I was a little spooked over in the hospital building (builted in 1929, but on the old fort walla walla grounds dating back to 1850") At that time there was a nurse that said in the late 1990's when we used to do surgerys a man that had Cancer somehow brought in a gun and shot himself on the same floor just two rooms down from where I was. I haven't stay there by myself since when 4:00 comes and everyone is gone so am I.
