I was wondering how many of our members had 3500 MOS's ya never know when we may have to form a convoy and resupply our 0300's in the field. I was a 3531 driver until I made SNCO and then I was changed to 3537 Truckmaster/Operations Chief.
Served with 1st Motors, and 11th Motors and MACG-18 MT. You call we hual if we cant truck it well you know the rest.

Keep On Truckin

Some of my worst memories were in the back of a duce and a half.

Or was it just trying to get in and out at 0 dark thrity?

I had to climb into to one to go to chow and again to return while I was at Pendelton.

And then climb in again to go to my assigned area.

DUCE AND A HALF'S really suck for personal travel!

Does a secondary 3531 count.
Drove until I made E-4 then they put me back on the gun.

I loved double clutching a 5 Ton M-35A2C 6 X 6 multi-fuel through the muddy hills in the Nam when the all wheel drive kicked in they would go any where. I never saw a grunt complain about the ride in back when we were over there. Deep water fording was another fun drill LOL.
