Chely Wright Goes Far With 'Bumper Of My SUV' Song

NASHVILLE -- Chely Wright's support-your-military-personnel song "Bumper of My SUV" just got a music video.
The song came from an experience she received at the hands of a Nashville woman, who flipped Wright a rude gesture because of the bumper-decal Wright's brother gave her before he left for military service.
The video features a live performance at the Grand Ole Opry, along with footage shot during Wright's tours to Iraq to entertain the troops.
The video "Bumper of My SUV" will debut on Country Request Live Friday, on the Great American Country channel.
Wright is also scheduled to perform at the Road to Recovery Tribute and Conference, sponsored by the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes, on Dec. 11 at Disney World in Orlando, Fla.
