Do reservists rate, American Legion benefits, and also do they rate a military funeral?

I dont know for sure Vinnie but my quess is they would rate a military funeral if they were KIA but they would probably not unless they have 20 or 30 years of service. As far as the legion I think you would have to be a member. Sorry this isnt much but someone more wiser than me will have the answers your looking for.

I dont see why reservists wouldnt recieve a military funeral, like a flag on the coffin and stuff, reserves or active, a Marine is a Marine
