When going into battle what sounds really stir the warrior in you?
I have often wondered about this.
I used to train with a Professional Boxer, when he came bye to pick me up for the pre-dawn runs I knew two things...1) That if he picked me up in his luxurious Delta 88 (Automatic and all) and played regular music on his tape recorder the workout would be tough but not bad. 2) If he came by in his beaten up Ford Pinto and played dismal doomsday tapes (they were suppose to be motivational tapes but they were downers for sure) the morning would be absolutely miserable. (Maybe his wife wanted the Buick. LOL)
I'm thinking that a full blast Led Zeppelin album would be a good motivator at the same time a wonderful psy-ops tool. Any thoughts on this subject?
Note: I do not take conflict lightly but I do understand that music/sound sometimes plays, initially, a pivotal roll in conflict. In this respect I don't believe that, as a non-combatant, I have asked a frivolous question.
