I want to wish all the Marines here a Happy Birthday. As the war rages in Iraq and the MArines are again at the tip of the Spear it will be even more special this year to keep the reminder that this is America's Supreme fighting force.

i owe more than ONE thanks to the docs I knew. Never even really thought of the corpsmen that served with us grunts as Navy anyway. ( just kinda long haired junior Marines ;) )

Well to be honest I never got along with the Navy Either. Always felt like I was with a bunch of undiciplined goofs most of the time. Out of 20 years I spent 15 with the Corp and almost 12 with the grunts. I miss the the friends that I made and so does the Mrs. She seems to miss the close knit community that the Corp brings
