I don't know about you folks but I am more than a little tired of seeing Fidel Castro fall on his face. Down here in South Florida that video is taking up alot of good television time. Every time I turn on the television I see Fidel going splat. Why his fall is just about getting more play than Eddie the Eagle, the ski jumper, of Wide World of Sports fame. Call me insensitive but I've had it. The folks down here, wether for him or against him, sure do pander to him. They feed him and keep him alive by doing so. I'm just kind of tired of it. Any thoughts?

I guess he needs one of those "I've fallen and I can't get up" emergency call buttons around his neck.
It's no secret that the US Government would like to see him gone.
Thats probably why you see all the hype.
But you are right on.......enough is enough !!.

I love it! Everytime I see it I crack up laughing! Fidel should watch where he walks next time! To bad he didn't break his neck, that would have been even more funny!

Some of the older Cubans in Cuba were member of the Brigade 2506
Who landed at Bahía de Cochinos (Bay of Pigs) after they did not recieve air cover they were either killed or captured.
So they hold hatred for Fidel and dream of the day of his passing.
It will be interesting to see what happens.
The young Cubans were raised either loving or hating Fidel.
Some of the young Cubans don't care one way or other.
But Fidel in their eyes is still a Cuban...
Hope it goes away soon...

LOL, vfm! I thought about that Gerald Ford stumble but Fidel's fall was classic. I imagine that when he finally thought about tucking and rolling .....it was too late. I used to do stuff like that in my twenties but I think it had something to do with beer.

I saw the news footage of him falling.
More recently I saw video of him announcing no more American dollars in Cuba.
His arm was in a sling.
And is he Uglyyyyyyyy................!!!!

He may be a weasel of an SOB, but watching any senior citizen take a header is not that funny to me.

That being said, if you look closely only 1 man reacted immediately and another finally started to react. Everyone else was just standing around.

Our Secret Service is much better than those clowns!

well, thanks for posting the pictures yellowing. at least now CJ and I have seen it too.

that look on his face is pretty funny , if you ask me. :)
