U.S. Marines Launch Attacks in Fallujah

BAGHDAD, Iraq - U.S. Marines launched air and ground attacks Thursday on the insurgent bastion Fallujah after city representatives suspended peace talks with the government over Prime Minister Ayad Allawi's demand to hand over terror mastermind Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

This after Abu Musab al-Zarqawi beheaded two Iraqi's, the Iraqi government said the deal was off and they would be attack if they refused to hand him over.
Now my question might be are the two Iraqi's worth more than all the others that were beheaded at the hands of this murderer?
I hope this time we're not held up for talks.
It time to get some payback on these idiots!

You must fight fire with fire. If your enemy wishes to attack with pyschological warfare then we must in turn do the same. It was General "Black Jack" Pershing, while a military govenor in the Philippians, took up Islamic militants and tied them to posts for a firing squad. To seened home the message he covered each bullet in pigs blood, this would send the militants directly to hell be Islamic law. He had all but one executed and sent that one to let his friends know what happened. Needless to say that Pershing did not have problems any more.

It boils down to the media and politicians. They corupt everything they touch. For example, who is considered the best jungle fighting force in history. The Viet Cong? Not close. The Japanse of WWII. We licked them pretty well. Now what was the one thing that was different? Politicians! And the media. When they run a war while the cameras are rolling they think of one thing, their jobs or you can say "poll ratings".

We now have a president in office that has the fortitude to see a military action out to it's end. We have not had one in many years. Why should we give him up on a wild hippie child.

So very true! If the politicians and the media kept their faces out of it, this would have been a whole different set-up and war!! But, due to them ruling every little aspect, we can't fight fire with fire!
