A local (Philly area) Vietnam Marine "bomb loader" for "fast flyers" and a good friend was diagnosed with throat cancer this week. He is one good man who deserves a lot better than this ailment.
He will be going under the knife for two sessions with the surgeon in a few weeks and then going through radiation treatments at the U of Penn for seven months.
Need to things:
1. Anyone living in the area who'd like to volunteer to take Ed to the radiation treatments on ocassion...maybe one time per month, would be greatly appreciated.
2. Anyone who has an open communication line to Sky Six, prayers would be in order for this Marine. We're asking for a speedy and complete recovery.
