I think he means it is a defensive weapon in the hands a former Marine named Cook, Miss Ellie.

I prefer my Glock, thank you.

had little Mattie Mattel's M-16's, while the gooks had AK-47's.

They assaulted with those weapons, and the m-16 were almost worthless against such fire power but an M-60 was a bit more powerful.

What I am saying is that an Ak-47 is both an Assault and a Defensive weapon, depending on how you use it.

Don't buy an assault weapon, buy a defensive weapon.

But then again if you feel like going after a terrorist you can use it as an assault weapon. LOL

you can still get them you might have to pay a little more for them but that ban meant nothing if you knew the right people....

The ban was a CROCK from beginning to end, in my opinion.

It didn't stop people from being assaulted with;
Knives
Bats
Sticks
Axes
or any FIREARM not affected by the ban.

It is the mind and hands of the holder, that determine if a weapon is 'OFFENSIVE' or 'DEFENSIVE', regardless of what it is.
